The era of mass education is coming to an end as it is extremely expensive yet it yields little personal success for life and living. To first obtain a qualification and then to find a job and create a livelihood leave our youth working unsatisfying jobs while having top academic qualifications. We need an education where a qualification is granted after the learning has impacted a person’s life and they demonstrate success. We also need an education where students learn a leadership which includes creating money and a life – as in entrepreneurship. We further need an education that tells the same message from the cradle to the grave building happy families. The Ministry of Education has been struggling for decades to provide a seamless parents-as-first-teachers education yet the institutional manner in which they are trying to achieve it is so expensive that all resources are gobbled up before it gets to the learner, leaving parents having to ‘donate’ to schools in order to afford an education for their offspring. The current education system is so outcome driven, based on national standards, that it kills creativity working for perhaps two of the four personality types leaving the other half to become ‘drop outs’ – labelled for life because they ‘failed’ the criteria of an education where the odds were stacked against them even before the game began. The current mass education is so subject based that students learn what others want them to know instead of learning what they want, how they want and when they want following their calling. Many very successful people in our world have no qualifications; GOLORE is for those who want to have a life, an income and a qualification. Understand, that the education system being offered by the governments of today, is for their gain, using student numbers and student loans as assets to borrow money resulting in huge national deficits impoverishing the people – a downward spiral. GOLORE has been designed to offer a seamless parents-as-first-teachers education putting the power in the hands of the family, educating the whole family.
